The Association for High Technology Distribution (AHTD) has recognized French Gerleman, an Agilix Solutions company, as a 2021 recipient of the association’s inaugural Foundation Award. The award was presented at AHTD’s Fall Meeting in Colorado Springs in late October.
The AHTD is widely recognized for their work to increase the productivity, profitability, and market share of their Automation Solution Providers and Manufacturers. They recognized French Gerleman with the Foundation Award for their commitment to offering logistical and technical services that help improve manufacturing efficiency and profitability.
The association’s Foundation Award program recognizes member companies who have been supportive contributors to the association family for more than 25 years. The AHTD credits member companies like French Gerleman for helping form the organization through long-standing and loyal support.
As AHTD members for the past 34 years, French Gerleman has worked with the association to continuously improve business practices within industrial automation.

Agilix Solutions was formed in July 2021 through the merger of St. Louis-based French Gerleman and Memphis-based IAC Supply Solutions. The merger united two family-owned companies to create a regional electrical distribution powerhouse on the leading edge of product and service solutions. The company now ranks as one of the 50 largest electrical supply distributors in the United States.
