No purchase necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes.  A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

ELIGIBILITY: This promotion begins on August 28, 2023, and ends November 10, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”). The Great Outdoors Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to individual customers and the owners and employees of customers of Agilix Solutions (“Sponsor”) who are legal U.S. residents and 18 years of age or older. Not open to the general public. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Some employers may not grant you permission to participate in this promotion or may have rules regarding awarding of prizes to their employees. By participating, entrants agree to adhere to the rules of their employers. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any consequences of an employee violating the rules of his or her employer. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Sponsor, its subsidiaries/affiliated companies, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any and all other entities associated with the Sweepstakes, are not eligible to participate. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions are final and binding in all respects. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants are eligible to win only one prize.

HOW TO ENTER: There is no purchase necessary to enter or win Sweepstakes. To participate for a chance to win a branch prize, obtain and complete an official entry form by hand at the Agilix Solutions sales counters in Blytheville, AR; Jonesboro, AR; Quincy, IL; Lenexa, KS; St. Louis, MO; Washington, MO; Columbia, MO; Springfield, MO; Glen, MS; Grenada, MS; Jackson, TN; Bartlett, TN; or Memphis, TN; once per day; or mail a postcard with your first/last name, title, company, phone number and e-mail address (mailed with first class postage affixed) to: Agilix Solutions The Great Outdoors Sweepstakes, Attn: Marketing Dept., 2023 Westport Center Drive, St. Louis, MO 63146, once per day. All entries become the official property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. Neither Sponsor nor its agents accept correspondence or telephone inquiries regarding the status of entries or the administration of the Sweepstakes.

DRAWINGS/ODDS: Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winners will be announced on November 20, 2023. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and are equal regardless of method of entry. You need not be present to win. Judges’ decisions are final. Winning entrants will be notified by telephone, email, or mail service.

PRIZES: Three (3) grand prizes will be awarded. Grand Prize #1 (Camping Package): (1) Cabela’s Outback Lodge 8-person tent, (1) Yeti Tundra 35 Cooler, (1) Coleman Cascade 3-in-1 Camping Stove (ARV $914). Grand Prize #2 (Fishing Package): (1) Bass Pro Shops Advanced Tackle Box, (1) St. Croix Mojo Bass Glass Casting Rod, (1) Garmin ECHOMAP Ultra 106sv Fish Finder/Chartplotter Combo with GT54 Transducer, (1) Lew’s KVD Baitcast Reel (ARV $1,498). Grand Prize #3 (Water Sports Package): (1) Ascend 133X Tournament Sit-On-Top Kayak, Life Jacket, Paddle Package (ARV $1,465). Additional restrictions may apply. Thirteen branch prizes will be awarded: a Millenium Buck Hut (ARV $855). One winner per Agilix Solutions branch. Winners assume all applicable tax liability for their prize. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for a prize is permitted, except by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Note: Cabela’s, Bass Pro Shops, Garmin, Ascend, Yeti, Coleman, Lew’s Fishing, Precision Shooting Equipment not affiliated with or a sponsor of this Agilix Solutions sweepstakes promotion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winners, and winners’ employer (if winner is to relinquish prize to employer per company policy) must complete, execute, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release within seven days of notification. Failure to timely return documents, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules or otherwise ineligible or declines acceptance for any reason, may result in disqualification with an alternate winner selected. Where permitted by law, winner, and winners’ employer, grant to Sponsor, and those acting pursuant to its direction or control, (and agree to confirm such grant in writing upon request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration and without notification, review or approval. By participating, winners and entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, claims, loss, damage or any other liabilities (whether alleged, threatened or actual) of any kind to any person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and persons using any such methods will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event it becomes necessary due to circum­stances beyond Sponsor’s control. In the event that the Sweepstakes is terminated early, a winner will be selected from all eligible entries at the time of termination. Requests must be received by November 27, 2023.
