Whether you’re looking to sharpen your drive programming skills, simplify commissioning, or get more out of your existing PowerFlex® investments, the Plugged In: The PowerFlex Drives Hands-On Experience at the Agilix Solutions Customer Center delivers practical, hands-on training designed for today’s industrial professionals. Working directly with PowerFlex® 525 and PowerFlex® 755TS drives, you’ll gain valuable experience configuring, programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing drive systems using Connected Components Workbench™ software and Studio 5000 Logix Designer®.

Choose from multiple lab experiences that match your goals, from foundational drive configuration to advanced programming, TotalFORCE® technology, predictive maintenance, integrated motion, and advanced safety capabilities. Whether you’re supporting new machine builds, modernizing existing equipment, or improving day-to-day operations, you’ll leave with practical knowledge, hands on experience, and tools you can immediately apply in your facility. As an added benefit, each participating company will receive a PowerFlex® 525 drive and a 1203 USB Converter to continue learning after the event concludes.

Develop a strong foundation in PowerFlex® 525 configuration and programming while learning how to:

Programming PowerFlex® 755TS Drives with TotalFORCE® Technology

Gain practical experience programming and commissioning PowerFlex® 755TS drives while exploring:

  • Drive startup and configuration using Connected Components Workbench software.
  • Integration with Studio 5000 Logix Designer and Automatic Device Configuration.
  • Predictive Maintenance capabilities that support proactive maintenance strategies.

Advanced Programming with PowerFlex® 755T Series Drives

Expand your programming knowledge through advanced drive functionality, including:

  • Permanent Magnet Motor startup and tuningless drive features.
  • Integrated Motion Control and Point to Point Positioning.

Registration Details

Each registered company may send up to two attendees.

Each participating company will receive one PowerFlex® 525 Single-Phase Half-Horsepower Drive and one 1203 USB Converter to continue learning after the event. Limit one kit per participating company.

Two training sessions are available:

  • 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
  • 12:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Lunch will be provided for all attendees.

Registration is limited to 10 companies per session, with a maximum of two attendees per company. Each company will have its own dedicated lab station to ensure personalized instruction and hands-on experience.
