Conflict Minerals Statement: Dodd-Frank Section 1502
Agilix Solutions supports our customers’ and suppliers’ compliance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act (Act) regarding the use and disclosure of conflict minerals originally sourced from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and other areas within the specified “conflict region.” Enacted by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Act disclosure includes tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold.
As a distributor who does not manufacture the products we sell, Agilix Solutions is unable to certify countries of origin. We support our customers’ efforts to comply with this Act and will, to the best of our ability, help obtain the information necessary for reporting from our manufacturers.
Agilix Solutions encourages our suppliers to responsibly source conflict minerals originating in the covered conflict region.
