On Wednesday evening, join us at Joe’s Waterfront, featuring the best views of Boston Harbor, for dinner, drinks and networking. Your ticket to our group dinner is included with your Agilix Solutions travel package.

Optional Flight Assistance to/from Boston
Our travel packages do not include flights or other transportation between your home city and Boston. We are happy to assist you with arrangements upon request. Transportation costs will be added to the cost of your travel package. Airport transfers, parking and, if applicable, luggage charges will be your responsibility during travel. You will have the option to request flight assistance when you register for your travel package.

Rockwell has added an attendance fee to Automation Fair this year. Rockwell Automation is offering two unique Access Passes for this year’s Automation Fair event. Please note that prices were set by Rockwell Automation.
- General Access Pass: Admission to the event on all four days including the inspiring keynote presentations, the summits, 220+ unique session offerings, off-site tours, the full Expo experience, networking opportunities, and daily meals. Early bird pricing starts at $395.
- Advanced Training Pass: Includes everything the General Access Pass offers, plus over 500 hours of advanced-level hands-on labs, technical training sessions, and the opportunity to earn PDH credits. Early bird pricing starts at $1,495.

Experience half-day Summits during the first two days of Automation Fair, designed for idea sharing, problem solving, and community building. The Four Summits:
- Process Solutions User Group (PSUG) Summit: Tailored to the process automation community, this Summit includes peer learning, executive panel discussions, and ask-the-expert sessions.

Travel packages are limited, and reservations are being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. PLEASE NOTE – your travel package reservation is pending until you receive a written confirmation from Agilix Solutions. Advertised pricing is valid through October 6, 2023.
Payments will be processed as orders are placed. Any fees incurred by Agilix Solutions due to customer cancellation will be charged in full to the customer. Any deviation from the standard package may result in increased charges. Registrants agree to all cancellation and refund policies and guidelines set forth in this brochure. Official Release and Waiver must be signed by all travelers prior to the event.
