Automation Fair 2025: Standout Technologies from Rockwell Automation’s Partner Ecosystem

Automation professionals exploring new technology at Automation Fair 2025.

Automation Fair 2025 was not only a showcase of Rockwell Automation’s roadmap, but it was also a strong reminder of the innovation happening across its partner ecosystem. From safety and connectivity to edge computing and smarter I/O, third-party manufacturers brought forward solutions that extend and enhance modern control architectures.

The Agilix Solutions team spent time on the show floor, exploring these offerings and talking with vendors about where industrial automation is headed next. Below are some of the most compelling products and technologies we saw from Rockwell Automation’s Partner Network.

Grace Technologies: Proxxi & GraceSense

Proxxi by Grace Technologies is a wearable safety solution designed to reduce electrical incidents by providing real-time alerts when workers approach energized equipment. Using proximity detection and data analytics, Proxxi helps organizations improve electrical safety programs, reinforce safe behaviors, and gain insights into near-miss events before accidents happen.

GraceSense is a predictive maintenance platform that combines industrial sensors, edge analytics, and cloud-based monitoring. It delivers actionable insights into asset health, helping teams detect issues early, reduce unplanned downtime, and transition from reactive to condition-based maintenance strategies.

ProSoft Technology: ELX3 Industrial Edge GatewayProSoft Technology: ELX3 Industrial Edge Gateway

The ProSoft ELX3 is an industrial edge gateway that bridges OT data to IT and cloud environments. It enables secure data collection, protocol translation, and edge computing at the machine or line level, making it easier to support analytics, monitoring, and digital transformation initiatives without overloading control systems.

HMS Networks: Anybus Wireless Bolt 5G & Safe2Link

The Anybus Wireless Bolt 5G from HMS Networks delivers high-speed, low-latency wireless connectivity for industrial equipment. Designed for harsh environments, it supports secure cellular communication for mobile assets, remote access, and connected machinery, helping manufacturers deploy scalable wireless architectures with minimal infrastructure.

Safe2Link enhances safety and control for mobile robots and autonomous systems by providing a secure, safety-rated wireless link. It allows safety signals to be transmitted wirelessly, while maintaining deterministic behavior, enabling more flexible layouts and safer operation of mobile automation solutions.

AMCI: IO-Link Motors, PTO, and PWM with 5034

AMCI showcased IO-Link-enabled step motors and motion solutions that integrate directly into modern control architectures. Their PTO and PWM solutions in a 5034 form-factor enable precise control, simplified wiring, and richer diagnostics, giving users greater visibility and flexibility in motion and positioning applications.

Softing: tManager IPC & Analyst Inside

Softing’s tManager IPC provides bi-directional data exchange between SQL databases and PLCs. tManager eliminates the need for custom coding thru the use of a simple mapping interface. This increases transaction speed and robustness of the solution, while decreasing project risk and ongoing maintenance costs.

Analyst Inside is a software solution focused on health monitoring and analysis of rotating equipment via Rockwell’s Dynamics 1444 module . It gathers vibration data to learn machine behavior and provides accurate analysis and actionable machine corrective messages to ControlLogix, the Analyst Inside Phone App and/or a web browser.

Manufacturing engineer leveraging HOFFMAN DTM Software. nVent HOFFMAN: Design to Manufacturing (DTM) Software

nVent HOFFMAN’s DTM software streamlines the entire enclosure and panel lifecycle from initial design through manufacturing output. It enables engineers to create intelligent panel designs that automatically generate documentation, wiring information, and manufacturing data, reducing errors and accelerating build cycles for control panels and factory systems.

Spectrum Controls: 5034 DC Modules & 5069 Isolated Thermocouple Module

Spectrum Controls’ 5034 DC sourcing input and sinking output modules provide flexible, distributed I/O options for compact automation designs. Their 5069 isolated thermocouple module delivers high-accuracy temperature measurement with electrical isolation, making it well suited for applications where signal integrity and noise immunity are critical.

Hardy Weigh Scale Module for 5034 PointMax

Hardy Process Solutions’ new weigh scale module delivers accurate, fast and stable weight data for control systems in the most demanding conditions where noise and mechanical vibration can hamper process control. Ease of implementation is accomplished thru Add-On Profiles, Add-On instructions, and faceplates along with Hardy’s C2 Calibration which supports automatic scale calibration saving hours in commissioning and routine maintenance.

Rockwell Technology + Partner Ecosystem = Innovation

What stood out at Automation Fair 2025 was how seamlessly these partner solutions complement Rockwell Automation platforms. Together, they enable safer operations, smarter data use, and more flexible system designs that support modern manufacturing goals.
