ELIGIBILITY: This promotion begins on June 18, 2025, and ends August 15, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Agilix Solutions Hole-in-One Summer Promotion is open only to individual customers and the owners and employees of customers of Agilix Solutions (“Sponsor”) who are legal U.S. residents and 18 years of age or older. Not open to the general public. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Some employers may not grant you permission to participate in this promotion or may have rules regarding awarding of prizes to their employees. By participating, entrants agree to adhere to the rules of their employers. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any consequences of an employee violating the rules of his or her employer. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Sponsor, its subsidiaries/affiliated companies, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any and all other entities associated with the Promotion, are not eligible to participate. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions are final and binding in all respects. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants are eligible to win only one prize.

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase is necessary to enter or win the promotion. To enter for a chance to win one of three grand prizes you must be registered with a My.GoAgilix online account. Non-registered users must first register for an online account on My.GoAgilix by visiting https://my.goagilix.com/my-account/register. You will need to know your Agilix Solutions Account Number to complete the brief online registration. Note: Your Account Number is located on the top right corner of any Agilix Solutions invoice. Your registration will serve as your entry into the grand prize promotion. To enter for a chance to win one of eight weekly prizes, scan the QR code on display at each of our 13 branch sales counters. A My.GoAgilix online account is not required to participate in the weekly prize promotion.
Participants may also enter through links provided in promotional emails, via our website, or by scanning the QR codes available on promotional flyers and at Agilix Solutions sales counters located in Blytheville, AR; Jonesboro, AR; Quincy, IL; Lenexa, KS; St. Louis, MO; Washington, MO; Columbia, MO; Springfield, MO; Glen, MS; Grenada, MS; Jackson, TN; Bartlett, TN; and Memphis, TN. Limit one entry per person for the grand prize. One weekly entry per person accepted for the eight weekly prizes. All online entries for weekly prizes must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. CST each Friday during the eight-week promotion period. Each weekly winner will be contacted the following Monday. Entries mechanically reproduced or made in any fashion other than submitting an official entry form by registering online or completing our online entry form for registered users, are void. Sponsor is not responsible for late or incomplete entries. All entries become the official property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. Neither Sponsor nor its agents accept correspondence or telephone inquiries regarding the status of entries or the administration of the Promotion.

DRAWINGS/ODDS: Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winners for the weekly prizes will be announced every Friday for eight weeks leading up to the end of the promotion on August 15, 2025. Winners will be announced on August 25, 2025, for the Grand Prizes. You need not be present to win. Judges’ decisions are final. Winning entrants will be notified by telephone, email, or mail service.

PRIZES: Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize consists of one (1) Golf Simulator Package, which includes a Garmin Approach R10 Portable Golf Launch Monitor, Golf Mat, BearWill Golf Net with Simulator Impact Screen, and BenQ TH575 Projector (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $1,700). Each eligible credit qualified customer participant will have three chances to win a Grand Prize. Additional restrictions may apply. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
Eight (8) Weekly Prizes will be awarded. The eight weekly prizes will include (1) Ultimate Golf Package: Garmin Approach Z82 Golf GPS Laser Range Finder, Golf Cooler Bag, Golf Towel, 1 Dozen Titleist Golf Balls, and 1 Pack of 4 Plastic Golf Tees and 1 Ball Marker. (ARV $750). One winner per week for eight weeks. Winners assume all applicable tax liability for their prize. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for a prize is permitted, except by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Note: Garmin, Titleist, BearWill, and BenQ are not affiliated with or a sponsor of this Agilix Solutions promotion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winners, and winners’ employer (if winner is to relinquish prize to employer per company policy) must complete, execute, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release within seven days of notification. Failure to timely return documents, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules or otherwise ineligible or declines acceptance for any reason, may result in disqualification with an alternate winner selected. Where permitted by law, winner, and winners’ employer, grant to Sponsor, and those acting pursuant to its direction or control, (and agree to confirm such grant in writing upon request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration and without notification, review or approval. By participating, winners and entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, claims, loss, damage or any other liabilities (whether alleged, threatened or actual) of any kind to any person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes or participation in any promotion-related activity. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and persons using any such methods will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. In the event that the promotion is terminated early, a winner will be selected from all eligible entries at the time of termination. ALL PRIZES WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE WINNING ENTRANT “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Requests must be received by August 25, 2025.
PRIVACY POLICY: Sponsor will not intentionally disclose any personally identifying information about you (including information submitted on the registration form) to third parties. Agilix Solutions utilizes e-mails to notify winners, and to let you know of special promotions, events, and policy changes.
