Orders
Access your offline and online order history for up to two years. Multiple search filters are available to locate orders including Order #, PO #, Item #, Date, Ship To, and Order Status. Quickly identify recent orders that included a specific Item #. View all your current open orders through the filter as well.
Pay Bills Online (New)
Convenient single sign on integration with your Billtrust Automated Clearing House (ACH) account makes payment processing simple, easy and convenient. View, manage and pay invoices online.
Request Quote
Click on the “Request Quote” option on our website, provide us with a part number and manufacturer name and we’ll research availability and pricing options for you. We’ll respond to you within one business day.

Return Request
Click on the “Return Request” option on our website, provide us with the Agilix Solutions Order #, Purchase Order #, Account #, and Invoice Number to get the return process initiated. A customer Service Representative will contact you to discuss additional documentation and return procedures.

Login to access your account pricing and real-time in-stock inventory within our branch distribution network. For many products we also display stock available at manufacturer locations. Current participating manufacturers include 3M, nVent Hoffman, and Siemens.
Product List (Enhanced)
Create an unlimited number of Lists and include as many products as needed. Lists are the perfect solutions when you order the same products or Bill of Materials (BOM) on a frequent basis. Select products from your lists and add them to a shopping cart for fast and convenient online purchase.

Receive monthly incentives when you purchase a minimum dollar amount from select manufacturers.
Punchout (Procurement System Integration) (Enhanced)
Punchout automates ordering directly from your internal procurement system while delivering a modern shopping experience. Ask your Agilix Solutions Account Manager how to get started. Our eCommerce team will work with you to link your eProcurement system and My.GoAgilix providing you with current pricing, product availability, and detailed product information. Orders can then be transmitted electronically to Agilix Solutions via cXML.
Quick View (Enhanced)
View additional product details directly from the product list page. Look at product images, UPC Code or add the item to your Cart without leaving the product list page. Helps save time when building a shopping cart.
Quick Order Pad
Enter or upload a list of products and add them to your shopping cart. Includes copy/paste, spreadsheet upload template and rapid entry functionality.
Saved Carts (Enhanced)
Build a shopping cart, create a cart name, and save it to submit on a later date. Easily add or delete items to your saved shopping cart and submit the order. There is no expiration date to how long you can save your shopping cart. However, once your saved cart is submitted, as an order, it is removed from the Saved Carts list.
Saved for Later (Enhanced)
Remove products from your shopping cart to purchase later. View the top saved products in the Account Overview section and view them all within the menu. There is no expiration date to how long you can save products. However, once you add them back to a shopping cart and submit your order, your saved products will be removed from the Saved for Later list.
Ship Complete
Receive all products ordered online in a single shipment or delivery. Eliminate multiple shipments to a job site or for large projects. Your order will be placed at an Agilix Solutions warehouse until all back order or transfer products are available to ship together.
Spending Limit/Threshold (by Individual User) (New)
Specify an order spending limit or threshold for each registered user ordering on My.GoAgilix.
Super User Role (Enhanced)
Manage each registered user’s access to My.GoAgilix. As a Super User, you can add or delete individuals, as well as edit permissions as required.
