Jobsites provide unique challenges to completing the project as efficiently as possible.  Moving and using cable reels inside of buildings can be extremely challenging and require significant labor, equipment, tools, effort and time. Agilix Solutions offers a variety of wire and cable handling solutions to meet your needs:

Let us prep your order to keep your installers focused on pulling wire.  We can install pulling heads for a more efficient, fast pull and can custom label your reels to aid in delivery to multiple locations within a single job site.

  • Metal Wire Reels: Metal wire reels are available in 3-bay or 4-bay options to allow for safe and efficient parallel pulling.  Once a pull is complete, simply roll the reel to the next pull site.
  • Mobile Wire Dispensing Carts: Our mobile wire dispensing carts can be delivered to a specific area within your jobsite.  These carts conveniently dispense and securely store up to 18 reels.
  • Wire Barrel Hand Trucks: These allow your team to easily transport barrels and dispense wire throughout the jobsite.  These are useful on jobsites with narrow doorways and/or rough surfaces.
  • Southwire’s SIMpull FlangeAvailable for loan from select Agilix Solutions branches, Southwire’s SIMpull™ Flange has a patented shaft-less design that safely allows one person to turn a wooden or plastic reel up to 34 inches in diameter and 2,000 pounds in weight into a time saving, field-installable solution that removes the need to handle heavy jack stands. Each flange rotates independently and allows free movement of loaded wooden or plastic reels.  The SIMpull ™ Flange is reusable in the field and can be installed on multiple reels throughout the jobsite.
  • Southwire’s SIMpull ReelAlso available for loan from select Agilix Solutions branches, Southwire’s SIMpull ™ Reel revolutionizes the job site by allowing one person to safely move, on flat level floors, a reel that weighs up to 6,000 pounds, without the need of pallet jacks or other equipment.  It features independently rotating outer flanges with integral magnetic reel chocks and a separately rotating inner reel.  Benefits include:
    • Eliminates the need for pallet jacks
    • Significantly easier and safer to move reels throughout a jobsite
    • Reels fit through 36″ wide doorways
    • Allows reel to be placed right next to feed conduit/point
    • Eliminates the need for reel jacks and arbor tube/conduit
